SERVICECHEER · DEEMA LLC
Terms & Conditions
Updated October 22, 2026 · Version 2026-10-22
1. Operator and agreement
Deema LLC, United States, operates ServiceCheer. These Terms govern business subscriptions and feedback tools. Account holders must be 18 or older and authorized to represent the business. Contact Deema LLC through /contact, including for legal notices and business contact details. An accepted order or signed data-processing agreement prevails for its subject matter.
2. Service and account security
Businesses create profiles, QR surveys and feedback analytics. Keep account information accurate, protect credentials, limit staff access and report misuse. Feedback is private to the relevant business and authorized administrators. Ratings do not prove a purchase or representative research. Access may be suspended for abuse, security threats, material breach or nonpayment, with notice when reasonably practicable.
3. Plans, renewal and cancellation
Free includes one business and 10 responses per UTC calendar month. Paid limits and proposed prices appear on the pricing page. An upgrade request alone does not authorize payment. Before purchase, an order or checkout must disclose price, currency, taxes, billing interval, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Where recurring billing is enabled, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through Manage billing or /contact, normally at the end of the paid period, subject to the accepted order and mandatory law. These Terms alone authorize no new fee or material renewal change.
4. Content and acceptable use
You retain applicable rights in your content and grant Deema a limited license to process it to provide and secure the service. Businesses need rights to their logos/questions and lawful grounds to collect feedback. Do not request unnecessary sensitive data, health records, government identifiers, card numbers or children’s personal data. Malware, impersonation, unlawful discrimination and review manipulation are prohibited. Honest criticism and reporting to regulators remain permitted.
5. Google and other platforms
External sites have their own policies. ServiceCheer does not submit Google reviews or automatically fill their forms. The configured Google invitation appears at averages of 4.0 or higher; selectively soliciting positive reviews conflicts with Google’s review policy. Businesses remain responsible for their practices; publication is not guaranteed. Deema is not affiliated with Google.
6. Data-processing agreements
Businesses generally control survey data; Deema processes it for them and separately controls its account, security and support records. Before processing covered by GDPR Article 28, U.S. state or equivalent requirements, execute appropriate written processing terms covering instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, rights assistance, incidents, deletion/return and audits. These general Terms and Privacy Policy are not a signed processing agreement and do not incorporate unsigned transfer clauses. Request the agreement through /contact.
7. Territories and lawful transfers
Website access is not authorization to process data in every country. Before covered expansion, establish lawful bases, notices, registrations, representatives and transfer safeguards. EEA/UK/Swiss transfers may require adequacy or contractual safeguards and assessments. Morocco may require CNDP notifications/authorizations and foreign-transfer formalities under Law 09-08. These Terms and survey submission do not replace those steps or constitute certification.
8. Closure, export and deletion
Request account closure, export or deletion through /contact and use available exports before closure. We coordinate lawful return/deletion with the controller, subject to necessary legal, dispute and security retention and backup cycles. Subscription cancellation is not a verified request to erase every record. Applicable exceptions will be explained.
9. Liability and mandatory protections
Reasonable safeguards do not guarantee uninterrupted service, absolute security or business results. To the extent permitted for business customers, the service is supplied as available and aggregate contractual liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or fees paid during the preceding 12 months. This excludes fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence and liabilities or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights are preserved.
10. Local law, changes and language
Virginia law and competent Virginia courts apply to business disputes except where mandatory local law or jurisdiction requires otherwise. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. Applicable consumer withdrawal, renewal and warranty rights remain intact. Material revisions are dated and notified or accepted where required. English, French and Spanish are available; English is the reference only insofar as mandatory local law permits. Contact /contact for support, rights requests, objections, consent withdrawal, appeals or legal questions. Requests enter a human-reviewed queue and are not automatically fulfilled.
